a. Inspection and Test. Inspect the time

totalizing meter for dents or other deformities

which

would

impair

its

function.

Test

the

totalizing meter to be sure it is functioning

properly by connecting the meter electrical

connection (fig. 6-255) to a 24 volt electrical

system. The time totalizing meter is calibrated to

record the electrical impulse in tenths of an hour

and

will

numerically

record

every

six

minutes.

Allow sufficient passage of time to be certain

hour counter is performing properly.
