MAINTAIN TERMINAL PRINTER (ADJUST PRINT IMPRESSION
)
NOTE
If printing appears smudged or too light, the print impression may be adjusted as follows:
1.
Press ON/OFF rocker switch (1) to OFF.
2.
Raise Terminal Printer Cover (2) to the open position.
3.
Set carriage adjustment lever (3) until print head just makes contact with the paper.
4.
Turn paper advance knob (4) while moving carriage adjustment lever (3) forward one notch at a time until paper
starts to smudge. Move carriage adjustment lever (3) back one notch at a time until the paper no longer smudges.
5.
Close Terminal Printer Cover (2).
6.
Press ON/OFF rocker switch (1) to ON.
