MAINTAIN CREW STATION SIGHT LENSES
1.
Get artist's brush (item I, Appendix D).
2.
Remove dust from sight eyepieces (1,2, and 3), Commander's Forward Periscope (4) and unity window (5) by
brushing lightly with artist's brush.
3.
Soak lens paper (item 6, Appendix D) with lens cleaning compound (item 4,Appendix D) and gently clean
eyepiece lenses (1, 2, and 3), Commander's Forward Periscope (4) and unity window (5) using a circular motion
to prevent streaks.
4.
Let eyepiece lenses and windows air dry.
