EXERCISE SELECT BY CONTENT ORIENTATION PROCEDURE

This procedure describes how to select one of two Orientation exercises based on the experience level of the crew to be

trained.

NOTE

This procedure requires the use of the IOS Tape Recorder and the proper prerecorded orientation tape cassette.

Assure that User Log-On Procedure (see 2-131) has been accomplished.

Assure that Training Session Initialization Procedure (see 2-137) has been accomplished.

Assure that Exercise Select By Content Menu Call Procedure (see 2-144) has been accomplished.

NOTE

If the Instructor/Operator desires to go back to the Exercise select/Session Summary page for another selection, press

number 8 and then RETURN on the keyboard (see 2-140, step 26).

Press number I key on keyboard (I).

Observe that the number 1 appears correctly after "Enter Number:" prompt (2).

Press RETURN key on keyboard (1).

Observe that the Exercise Select -- Orientation display page with "Enter Exercise Number:" prompt (3) appears.

Review the Exercise Descriptions and determine which is desired.
