(32) Stretch the C-shaped seal (1) over the left-hand

door's inside edge (2). Make sure seal is orientated

so the large, curved lip of the seal is on the outside

portion of the door and extends over the end.

NOTE

Installation of the carriers must be complete

before polyurethane is allowed to dry.

(33) Starting from the front about eight inches above the

inside bottom edge of the left door, apply a 1/8 inch

bead of polyurethane sealant (3) (Item 2, Appendix

G) down and along the C-shaped seal (1) to the end.

OUTSIDE DOOR

(34) Position long carrier (1) against the seal (2) on

outside edge of door (3).

(35) Aline existing holes of long carrier (1) with existing

holes on door (3) and drill a 3/16 inch hole through

seal (2) for the rivet at the two end holes on the long

carrier.

(36) Install a rivet (4) in each end of long carrier (1).

(37) Repeat Steps (35) and (36) for center hole in long

carrier (1).

(38) Repeat Steps (35) and (36) working from the center

toward each end and install the remaining rivets (4).
