Pressure Gauge
The pressure gauge reads both positive
and vacuum pressure.

Safety Valve
If steam pressure in the jacket rises
above 50 psi, the safety valve will open.

Water Level Gauge Glass
The water level gauge measures the jacket
water level.

Thermostat
The thermostat controls desired kettle
heat settings.
5
Pilot Light
The pilot light indicates that the kettle
is heating.
