Power Pilot Lamp,
When the power switch is on, the

power pilot lamp will illuminate.

Heat Pilot Lamp, Green
The heat pilot lamp will illuminate
indicating power is applied to the
heating elements.

Overtemp Lamp, Red
The overtemp lamp will illuminate
if the oil reaches an overtempera-
ture condition.

Thermostat
The thermostat is used to select
the desired temperature setting,
from 200 degrees F to 400 degrees F
(settings in 50 degrees F increments).

ON-OFF POWER
The power switch energizes the
control circuits.

Front Oil Drain
Quarter turn of ball valve allows oil
to be drained.
7
UPPER FILL MARK
Provides indicator for filling counter
fryer.
