A t t a c h t h e f r o n t a n d r e a r t r a n s p o r t e r assemblies to a s h e l t e r o r c o n t a i n e r
a s follows:
a.
Uncouple
t r a n s p o r t e r f r o m tow vehicle and apply h a n d b r a k e .
WARNING
To  prevent  injury  to  personnel  a  minimum  of
two  persons  are  required  to  disconnect  front
and rear  transporter  assemblies.
D i s c o n n e c t the safety cable from the rear transporter assembly, mak-
b.
ing sure safety cable remains attached to front transporter assembly.
Block wheels of rear transporter assembly to prevent rolling.
c.
d.
D i s c o n n e c t front and rear assemblies by removing two nuts, six
washers, and two bolts from tine assemblies.
Aline transporter assemblies so that their front tines are directly in
e.
line with the outer tine brackets of the shelter or container.
Disconnect lockout struts by removing T-pins from top of strut.

Pivot lockout struts away from transporter tines.
