TRAINING MANAGEMENT CREW RECORD DELTE RECORD PROCEDURE
This procedure describes how the Training Manager can delete crew's entire records.
NOTE
This procedure can be performed only after a Training Manager's password has been entered during log-on
procedure performance (see 2-131).
1.
Assure that a Training Manager's password has been entered during User Log-on Procedure (see 2-131).
2.
Assure that Training Management System Call-up Procedure (see 2-176) has been accomplished.
3.
Perform Training Management Crew Record By Vehicle or By Student Search Procedures (see 2-178 or 2-182)
to display Crew Record.
4.
Observe "Select function:" prompt (1) on Crew Record display page.
5. If an entire crew's records are to be deleted, select 3 = Delete record.
6. Press number 3 key on keyboard (2).
7. Observe that the number 3 appears correctly after "Select function:" prompt (1)
.
8. Press RETURN key on keyboard (2).
9. Observe "Confirm delete [Y/N:" prompt (3) at bottom of display.
10. If entire record for the crew is to be deleted, press "Y" key then RETURN on keyboard (2).
11. Observe previous listing of crew's records showing record deleted.
12. To return to Training Management System function menu (see 2-176), press "E" then RETURN on keyboard
(2).
