TRAINING MANAGEMENT CREW RECORD DELETE ITEM PROCEDURE
This Procedure describes how the Training Manager can delete lines from a crew's records.
NOTE
This procedure can be performed only after a Training Manager's password has been entered during logon
-
procedure performance (see 2-131).
1.
Assure that a Training Manager's password has been entered during User LogOn Procedure (see 2-131).

Assure that Training Management System Call-up Procedure (see 2-174) has been accomplished.
3.
Perform Training Management Crew Record By Vehicle or By Student Search Procedure (see 2-178 or 2-182) to
display Crew Record.
4.
Observe "Select function:" prompt (1) on Crew Record display page.
5.
To delete one or more lines of the Crew Record, select 2 = Delete item by pressing number 2 key on keyboard
(2).
6.
Observe that the number 2 appears correctly after "Select function:" prompt (1).
7.
Press RETURN key on keyboard (2).
8.
Observe that first line of records is repeated at bottom of display with "Delete this line [Y/N]:" prompt 3).
9.
If line is not to be deleted, press "N" key, then RETURN on keyboard and observe next line of records replaces
previous line at bottom of display.
10.
If line is to be deleted, press "Y" key, then RETURN on keyboard.
11.
Observe that line is deleted and next line is repeated at bottom of display with prompt (3).
12.
Repeat steps 9 through 12 until all lines have been accessed and "Select function:" prompt (1) appears at
bottom of display.
13.
To exit, press number 4 key, then RETURN on keyboard (2) to return to
previous display of Crew Record
listings.
14.
To return to Training Management System function menu (see 2-174) press "E" then RETURN on keyboard
(2).
