33. REMOVE SPUR GEAR (3).
a. Using telescoping gage set and
micrometer caliper set, measure

a. Remove shaft shoulder (6) from
spur gear (3).
a. Using screwdriver, remove two
retaining rings (8).
b. Inspect bearing (7) for damage.

b. Using arbor press and bearing
installer (Item 8), press out
c. If bearing (7) is damaged, go to
and discard bearing (7).
