REPLACE HOSE ASSEMBLY 11629168-7
DESCRIPTION
This subtask covers: Remove (page 4-17). Install (page 4-17).
1. REMOVE CONTROLLER ASSEMBLY. See
task REPLACE CONTROLLER ASSEMBLY,
DISCONNECT HOSE ASSEMBLY (1)
2.
FROM ELBOW (2) ON RIGHT-HAND
HYDRAULIC ASSEMBLY (3).
3. REMOVE HOSE ASSEMBLY
11629168-7 (4).
Using wire-twister pliers, remove
a.
Iockwire (5). Discard Iockwire.
Using 3/8-inch drive ratchet handle
b.
and 3/16-inch socket wrench attachment,
remove screw (6) and loop clamp (7).
Discard screw.
Disconnect and remove hose
c.
assembly (4).
4. REMOVE HOSE TO BOSS
5. INSTALL ELBOW (8) AND PREFORMED
ELBOW (8), ADAPTER (9), AND TWO
PACKING (10). See task INSTALL ELBOW
PREFORMED PACKINGS (10). DISCARD
(45 AND 90), page 2-179.
