16. Slide fixed end of a cargo strap (4)
between desks (11) and (18) and attach to right rear ring
bolt (20).
17. Position cargo strap (4) over chairs, on top of
adjusting screw, between seat bottoms and chair legs. Hook
adjustable end of cargo strap to left rear ring bolt (21). Tighten
securely.
