INSPECTION
WARNING
HIGH VOLTAGE exists in the electrical system of this shop. All electrical inspections, repairs or
replacements shall be performed with the power OFF and only by qualified electricians. Serious
shock hazards exist which could result in serious injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
This circuit breaker is unique in the Pneudraulic Shop and controls power to the hose cut-off
machine. The following procedures apply to this circuit breaker only.
1. Circuit breaker (1) trips from ON to OFF when
hose cut-off machine is turned on.
a. Move MAIN circuit breaker (2) from ON to OFF.
b. Loosen four screws (3) and move locking
levers (4) into slots (5) to disengage panel cover
assembly 6)
c. Remove entire panel cover/door assembly (6)
from wall.
d. Unscrew and remove four screws (7) from in-
ner pane (8) and remove inner panel.
e. Check hose cut-off machine circuit breaker
(1) for looseness or evidence of over heating (charr-
ing of bakelite). If either condition exists, see TASK 3-19.
