INSTALLATION
a.
Install the nut on the inlet hose from the pump to the check valve on the relief valve. Tighten the nut
using 1- inch open-end wrench.
Install the nut on the hose from the pump to the tee on the relief valve. Tighten nut.
b.
Install the nut on the outlet tubing to the adapter on the relief valve. Tighten nut.
c.
d.
Install the nut on the return tubing to adapter on the relief valve. Tighten the nut.
e.
Install the nut on the tubing from the compensator to the tee on the relief valve. Tighten the nut.
Install the nut on the tubing from the compensator shut-off valve to the tee on the relief valve.
f.
Install the nut on the tubing from the high pressure shut-off valve to the tee on the relief valve.
g.
Tighten the nut.
Install the nut on the high pressure hose from the pump to the tee on the relief valve. Tighten the

nut.
Perform functional test, Para. 2-8.
