2. ASSEMBLY
Screw knob onto knurl nut.
a.
Install knob and nut assembly in cap.
b.
Install new "O" ring on piston.
c.
Place piston and "O" ring in cap.
d.
Place poppet in cartridge housing, bearing away from
e.
spring.
Install spring in cartridge housing.
f.
Install new "O" ring on cap.
g.
Install cap assembly in cartridge housing. Tighten the
h.
assembly.
i.
Install the "O" ring on the cartridge housing.
Install the back-up ring and "O" ring on cartridge
j.
housing.
Install piston into relief valve housing.
k.
Install spring into relief valve housing.
l.
Install cartridge housing into relief valve housing.
m.
n.
Install large "O" ring on relief valve housing.
Install back up ring and "O" ring on relief valve
o.
housing.
Install relief valve into housing.
p.
