a. Removal. (Refer to figure 3-26).

(1) Remove four bolts (1), four flat washers (2), and blower (3).

(2) Remove and discard gasket (4).

(3) Loosen and remove clamp (5).

(4) Remove blower drive shaft cover (6).

b. Disassembly. (Refer to figures 3-27 through 3-33).

(1) Refer to figure 3-27 and remove ten bolts (1), ten flat washers (2), rear end cover (3), and gasket

(4). Discard gasket (4).

(2) Remove ten screws (5), ten flat washers (6), front end cover (7), and gasket (8). Discard gasket

(8).
