INSPECTION
a. Inspect the cylinder bores for damage or excessive wear. Refer to FIGURE 4-79.
b. Measure the cylinder bores as shown in FIGURE 4-79 and 4-80.
Diameter:
Minimum 4.0157 inch (102.000mm)
Out-of-Roundness:
Maximum 4.0203 inch (102.116mm)
Taper:
0.003 inch (0.76mm)
c. Check the top surface for flatness between each cylinder (FICURE 4-81).
Variance Limit: 0.002,inch (O.050mm).
