Cylinder head removed (para. 2-40).
Ridge Reamer P/N ST-1255
Oil pan removed (para. 3-25).

REMOVAL
a. Move engine to work bench using a lifting fixture and sling.
CAUTION
Be sure the ridge reamer does not gouge into the cylinder bore or remove
more metal than needed.
b. Rotate the engine to a vertical position. Cut the ridge from the top of the cylinders.
