Install metal grille (3) on heater enclosure (2) with mounting screws (1).

Unlock power panel and switch circuit breaker ON.
(2)
Refer to TM 55-1905-223-10 for details on control settings.
(3)
Remove "Out of Service - Do Not Operate" tag from circuit breaker.
