Clean seawater strainer (TM 55-1905-223-24-18).

Turn electrical power OFF.
Secure electrical power and lubricate the fan
bearings with one or two shots from a general
purpose grease gun. Refer to LO 55-1905-223-12.

Self-contained air

(A/C-1 and 3)
Turn electrical power OFF.
Secure electrical power and lubricate bearings with
six to eight drops of 20W oil applied into the oil
ports on the motor.
All heaters (DH, UH, and

Turn electrical power OFF.
Secure electrical power to the heater and check all
electrical connections for looseness. Secure as
required.
