( 1 ) I t e m N u m b e r . T h e item number column shall be used as a
source of item numbers for the TM Number column on DA Form
2 4 0 4 , Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Worksheet, in re-
cording results of PMCS.
( 2 ) I n t e r v a l . T h i s column indicates the required time when checks
are to be performed.
C o n t a i n s the name of item to be checked.
( 3 ) Item To Be Inspected.
(4) Procedures. Provides brief description of procedure by which
check is to be performed.
(5) Equipment Is Not Ready/Available If: Lists reason that will
cause transporter to be classified as not ready/available.
