Check for worn or damaged parts:

Tie-rod ends, bushings at pivot pin and

towbar bolt

Bolt holes in tongue and towbar

Bolts, nuts, washers, cotter pins

Replace: (AVUM)

Remove attaching parts at tie rod ends

Remove pivot pin

Attach tongue assembly at pivot pin

Attach tie rod ends

Adjust

Repair: (AVIM) Perform tasks 4 and 5 then

as needed remove and repair.
