Bleed pressure from the Oxygen Servicing
1.
Unit per paragraph 4.4.
2.
Disconnect and remove the valve.
Remove the outlet connection from the valve.
3.
Install the outlet connection into a new

"CLEANED FOR OXYGEN SERVICE" valve.
5.
Install the new valve and reconnect the
input line.
If not already connected to one, connect any

oxygen pigtail to a pressure source and per-
form a leak check per paragraph 4.11.
R E P L A C E M E N T OF THE FILLER LINE (11).
To replace the filler line, proceed as follows:
4.9.1
Bleed pressure from the Oxygen Servicing
1.
Unit per paragraph 4.4.
2.
Disconnect and remove the output service line.
3.
Install new output service line.
4.
If not already connected to one, connect any
oxygen pigtail to a pressure source. and per-
form a leak check per paragraph 4.11.
R E P L A C E M E N T OF ROLLER ASSEMBLY (49).
To replace the roller assembly, proceed as follows:
4.10.1
1.
Remove two mounting screws (51) holding
roller assembly in place.
Replace roller assembly.
2.
Using torque wrench, replace the two mounting
3.
screws and torque to 60 lb- ft.
