TRAINING MANAGEMENT UNIT BACK-UP RECORD PRINTOUT

This procedure describes how to obtain a Terminal Printer printout of full crew and commander training coordinates

for System Management, Reticle Aim and Target Acquisition. The printout provides a hard-copy backup of record

data in the event of Disk Drive record losses. The printout can be obtained for entire units, battalions, companies or

a single vehicle.

1. Assure that Training Management Call-Up Procedure has been performed (see 2-176).

2. Observe "Select TMS function:" prompt (1) appears on the Training Management System display page.

3. Press Number 4 key on keyboard (2).

4. Observe that number 4 appear after prompt (1).

5. Press RETURN key on keyboard (2) and observe "Enter unit to backup" prompt (3) appears on the display.

6. Enter unit number (vehicle description) on keyboard (2).

7. Press RETURN on keyboard (2) and observe printout (4) on Terminal Printer (5).
