Install optical instrument eyeshield (7) on optical

field lens (3), ring spacer (4), and optical instrument
lens (5) in optical element cell (6).
INSTALLATION.
a.
Slide eyepiece assembly (1) in the adapter tube
assembly (2).
b.
Tighten setscrew (3) into the groove on the
eyepiece assembly (1) until a slight resistance is felt
when rotating the eyepiece assembly.
c.
Tighten thumbscrew (4).
d.
If necessary, the exterior lens surface may be
cleaned using alcohol and lens paper.
