DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MODELS.

a. Early Configuration. Early configurations of the

M3 Borescope are supplied with the 24-V electrical

power cord adapter assembly. The adapter tube

assembly has an indicator light and two circuit breakers.

The illuminating head assembly has a one-piece

lampholder assembly body.

b. Late Configuration. Late configurations of the

M3 Borescope are not supplied with the 24-V electrical

power cord adapter assembly. The adapter tube

assembly has no indicator light and is equipped with a

toggle switch and one circuit breaker. The illuminating

head assembly has a two piece lampholder assembly

body. New style battery and slave cord assemblies are

provided and the eyepiece assembly has an added

optical element retainer. There is no optical instrument

prism.
