17-2. WATER PUMP REMOVAL/REPAIR/INSTALLATION (CONT).
(6) Turn pump gear (8) until ends of retaining ring (1()) can be seen.
(7) Move retaining ring (10) out of groove in pump body (1).
(8) Press pump gear (8) and shaft assembly (11) out of pump body (1).
(9) Press shaft (12) out of pump gear (8).
(10) Remove retaining ring (10).
(11) Press shaft (12) out of bearing ( 13).
(12) Press shaft (12) out of bearing ( 14).
