a.
Replace valves in cylinder block.
Wedge a rag into the opening at the bottom of the valve chamber so the retaining locks do not fall
b.
into the crankcase,
Assemble valve spring seats to valve springs, and install on valve stem.
c.
d.
install the roto-caps on the end of the valve stems,
e.
Compress valve spring. Use valve lifter,
f.
Install retainer locks.
Release valve spring, remove valve lifter.
g.
