a. The audits shall be performed according to written procedures or checklists.
b. The audits shall be performed by appropriately trained personnel not directly responsible for the areas being
audited.
c. Audit results shall be documented and reviewed by management responsible for the area audited. Followup
action, to include reaudit of deficient areas, shall be taken where indicated.
