AIR TRANSPORTABILITY GUIDANCE

4-1. Transport by US Air Force Aircraft

Due to the time and manpower required, it has been determined that transport by air is not considered logistically

practical.

4-2. Transport by US Army Aircraft

Most of the disassembled components of the LACV-30 are too large for internal transport by US Army fixed- or rotary-

wing aircraft. Due to the lack of lift points, external transport of the modules by rotary-wing aircraft is not recommended.
