e. Release brakes (11).
j. Pay out anchor and wire rope to desired length
by holding control valve handle (13) in DOWN.
f. Haul in wire rope by jogging control valve (13)

k. Stop payout by bringing control valve handle
(13) to NEUTRAL.
g. Reset brakes (11).
