ON-OFF Switch

The ON-OFF switch controls power to the

mixer.

Bowl Lift Handle

The bowl lift handle is used to raise

or lower the bowl.

Apron

The apron provides an upper splash

shield.

Bowl Support

The bowl support provides a base for

mounting the bowl.

Bowl Lift Slideways

The bowl lift slideways provide a

channel for raising and lowering the

bowl.

Alignment Pin

The alignment pins are used to properly

set the bowl on the bowl support.

Bowl Clamp

The bowl will be locked in place by

rotating the bowl clamps over the ears

of the bowl.

Agitator

The agitator reaches every part of the

batch, rotating on its axis opposite to

the direction that it moves around the

bowl.

Drip Cup

The drip cup will collect any lubri-

cants from the motor.

Gear Shift Lever

The gear shift lever provides three

mixer speeds, speed 1 (low), speed 2

(medium), and speed 3 (high).

Attachment Hub Thumb Screw

The thumb screw is used to sec re

attachments in the attachment hub.
