Lubricate the support bolt threads and under the capscrew heads with engine oil. Install capscrews finger tight.
g. Tighten support bolts (3). Torque to 18 ft-lb (24 N-m).
h. Replace valve covers (para. 2-37).
i.
Replace turbocharger assembly (para. 2-26).
j.
Reconnect power at batteries.
