REPAIR

Repair consists of replacing heating elements.

Remove mounting screws (1) securing front case (2) to heater case (3).

Tag and disconnect electrical wires from heating element (4).

Remove attaching hardware (5) from shield (6) and remove heating element (4).

Install heating element as follows:

Connect electrical wires to heating element (4) as tagged.

(2)

Install attaching hardware (5) to heating element assembly (4).

(3)

Attach heating element (4) to shield (6).

Install front case (2) to heater case (3) with mounting screw (1).
