Connect safety cable to front and rear transporter frames as follows:

(1) Position turnbuckle (1, Figure 3-1) and shackle (2) on rear transporter frame eye
(5).
(2) Install pin (3) and cotter pin (4).
(3) Position turnbuckle (6) and shackle (7) on front transporter
frame eye (10).
(4) Install pin (8) and cotter pin (9).
