TRAINING MANAGEMENT UNIT RESTORE PROCEDURE
This procedure describes how to re-enter crew and commander coordinates in the computer record system in the
event of computer record losses. The records are obtained from data retained on Unit Backup record printouts (see
NOTE
This procedure can be performed only after a Training Manager's Password has been entered during Log-on (see 2-131).
1.
Assure that a Training Manger's password has been entered during User Log-On Procedure (see 2-131).
2.
Assure that Training Management System Call-Up Procedure (see 2-176) has been performed.
3.
Observe "Select TMS function:" prompt (1) appears on the Training Management System function menu display
page.

Press Number 5 key on keyboard (2).

Observe that number 5 appears after prompt (1).
6.
Press RETURN key on keyboard (2) and observe "Enter backup record or E to exit:" prompt (3) appears on
Training Management Restore display (4).
NOTE
Data entered on keyboard during step 7. must be exactly as it appears on Unit Backup printouts.
7. Enter data from first line of backup record printout on keyboard (2) and observe that he data appearscorrectly
below prompt (3).
8.
Press RETURN key on keyboard (2) and observe that record data appears as a line on Training
Management Restore display (4).
9.
Repeat steps 7. and 8. for each crew coordinate records to be entered from the `Unit Backup record
printouts.
10.
When all Unit Backup records have been entered properly, press E, RETURN on keyboard (2).
11.
Observe display returns to Training Management System function menu (see 2-176).
