TRAINING MANAGEMENT CREW RECORD CHANGE ITEM PROCEDURE
This Procedure describes how the Training Manager can change a crew's names, vehicle name, and cube coordinates.
NOTE
This procedure can be performed only after a Training Manager's password has been entered during log-on procedure
performance (see 2-131).
1.
Assure that a Training Manager's password has been entered during User Log-On Procedure (see 2-131).
2.
Assure that Training Management System Call-up Procedure (see 2-176)has been accomplished.
3.
Perform Training Management Crew Record by Vehicle or by Student Search Procedure (see 2-178 or 2-182) to
display CREW RECORD.
4.
Observe "Select function:" prompt (1) on Crew Record display page.

To change an item at the top of the Crew Record page, select I = Change item.
6.
Press number I key on keyboard (2).
7.
Observe that the number (1) appears correctly after "Select function: "prompt (1).
8.
Press RETURN key on keyboard (2).
9.
Observe "New vehicle name" prompt (3) replaces the previous prompt.
NOTE
To skip this change item, press RETURN key to call up next change prompt.
10.
Using keyboard (2), enter new vehicle name.
11.
Observe that new vehicle name appears correctly after prompt (3).
12.
Press RETURN key on keyboard (2).
13.
Repeat steps 9 through 12 for the following change prompts
a. New commander's Last name, initial.
b. New gunner's Last name, initial.
c. New TAE coordinates, full crew cube.
d. New RAE coordinates, full crew cube.
e. New SME coordinates, full crew cube.
f. New TAE coordinates, commander's cube.
g. New RAE coordinates, commander's cube.
h. New SME coordinates, commander's cube.
14.
Observe that changed data appears at top of display page after last change prompt has been completed.
15.
To exit, press Number 4 key, then RETURN on keyboard (2) to return to previous display of Crew Record
listings.
16.
To return to Training Management System Function menu (see 2-176) press "E" then RETURN on keyboard
(2).
