EXERCISE SELECTION BY EXERCISE NUMBER PROCEDURE
This procedure describes how to call up exercises by the exercise number.
Exercise numbers with the exercise descriptions for each are contained in the Instructor's Utilization Handbook, HB 23-1-
BFVS U-COFT- 1 through 5.
1.
Assure that User Log-On Procedure (see 2-131) has beenaccomplished.
2.
Assure that Training Session Initialization Procedure (see 2-137) has been accomplished.
3.
Observe "Enter choice:" prompt (1) appears on Exercise select/Session Summary display page.
NOTE
The training session may be terminated from this page. Enter number 5 on keyboard, then press RETURN to recall
Mode Select display page (see 2-131, step 11).
4.
Press number 3 key on keyboard (2).
5.
Observe that the number 3 appears correctly after "Enter choice:" prompt (1).
6.
Press RETURN key on keyboard (2).
7.
Observe that "Enter exercise number:" prompt (3) replaces "Enter choice" prompt (1).
8.
Refer to Instructor's Utilization Handbook, HB 23-1-BFVS U-COFT- 1 through-5 for exercise numbers and
descriptions.
9.
Using keyboard (2) enter exercise number corresponding to exercise desired.
10.
Observe that exercise number appears correctly after prompt (3).
11.
Press RETURN key on keyboard (2).
12. thru 14. (deleted)
15.
Observe that "Enter replication:" prompt (5) appears on the bottom o the same page.

16.
Using keyboard (2) enter exercise replication number (0,1,2 or 3) desired.
17.
Observe that replication number appears correctly after prompt (5).
18.
Press RETURN key on keyboard (2).
19.
Observe that question prompt "Do you desire this exercise (Y/N)?" (6) appears on Exercise Selection - SCOPE
display page.
NOTE
If Instructor/Operator does not want the described exercise, the letter N is entered to recall Exercise Select/Session
Summary display page (see 2-140, step 26) for another selection.
