Remove two machine screws (1), machine key (2),
and lock assembly (3).
b.
Remove two machine screws (4).
c.
Slide tube (5) off of remaining parts.

a.
Tag the terminals in the rear sleeve assembly with
the wire color code.
b.
Unsolder each end of wires (6, 7, and 8).
c.
Remove three setscrews (9) and sleeve spacer
assembly (10).
