NO. 5 SEAL AND DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (Sheet 4 of 7)

REMOVE NO. 5 PLAIN SEAL (1) FROM

DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLY (2), USING NO.

5 SEAL INSTALLATION AND REMOVING

TOOL AND ARBOR PRESS.

a. Position diaphragm assembly (2) onto nest

(3) seal side down.

b. Position plug (4) onto seal, small diameter

side down.

c. Position nest (3), diaphragm assembly (2),

and plug (4) on press. Press seal ( 1 ) from

diaphragm assembly (2).

10. INSPECT PARTS FOR DAMAGE. RE-

PLACE AS REQUIRED.
