(3) Install preformed packing (4), two washers (5), and retaining ring (6) on stop lever shaft (3).
(4) Aline matchmarks and install stop lever (7) on stop lever shaft (3). Tighten screw (8).
(5) Install pin (9) in speed control lever shaft (10).
(6) Install speed control lever shaft (10).
