 INSTALLATION
LOW OIL PRESSURE SWITCH
A Apply single layer of sealant tape (item 20, Appx C) to low
oil pressure switch threads.
B Install switch (3) on lower pipe elbow (4) of oil filter
adapter (5).
C Tighten switch (3) securely.
OIL PRESSURE TRANSMITTER
A Apply single layer of sealant tape (item 20, Appx C) to oil
pressure transmitter (2) threads.
B
Install transmitter (2) on angled fitting (6).
C Tighten
securely.

Coat new oil filter gasket surface with thin layer of oil (item

C).
NOTE
REMOVAL
Do not overtighten oil filter.
A Remove and discard oil filter (l).

Screw oil filter (1) onto oil filter adapter (5) until gasket con-

Remove oil pressure transmitter (2).
