REMOVE PLUG (1).

a. Remove plug (1).
b. Remove gasket (2) from plug (1).
Discard gasket.
WARNING
1Solvent fumes can burn and
could poison you. Read warn-
ing in the front of this
manual.
CLEAN PLUG (1)
6.
Use wiping rag dampened with
a.
cleaning solvent.
8. REMOVE AUXILIARY MAKEUP
SCREEN (7).
a. Using 3/8-inch ratchet handle with
7/16-inch socket, remove two
7. REMOVE SUMP COVER (3).
screws (8).
a. Remove 17 bolts (4) and lock
b. Pull screen (7) off.
washers (5). Discard lock washers.
Remove preformed packing (9) from

b. Remove cover (3) and gasket (6).
screen (7). Discard packing.
Discard gasket.
