15. CHECK SHAFT (1).
a. Using micrometer caliper set,
measure diameter of shaft (1) in
two places.
b. Replace shaft (1) if either measurement
is less than 0.9993 inch (25,382 mm).
16. CLEAN TOW PUMP ASSEMBLY.
a. Clean housing and piece parts. See
17. INSPECT TOW PUMP ASSEMBLY.

18. IF OUTER ROTOR (2) AND
RING (3) HAVE COME APART, GO TO
CAUTION
Keep eccentric ring and outer rotor together
STEP 19. IF NOT, GO TO STEP 20.

19. ASSEMBLE OUTER ROTOR (2)
AND RING (3).
20. INSERT RING (3) AND OUTER
a. Install spring (4) and vane (5) into
ROTOR (2) INTO HOUSING (6).
