1. INSPECTION

Inspect for breaks and deformed condition; punctures.

Check for clogged condition.

2. Removal

Remove the oil cooler inlet and outlet tubing.

Remove the four screws from the oil cooler rubber mounts. Remove oil cooler. Install caps on inlet

and outlet fittings.

3. CLEANING

Flush out dirt and debris from the cooler with a high pressure hose.

4. INSTALLATION

Install cooler or replace with a serviceable unit by securing in place with four mounts and screws. Install the

inlet and outlet tubing.
