SERVICE
a. To change the actual flow to equivalent flow at 25C:
(1)
Measure feedwater temperature.
(2)
Find the corresponding correction factor in Table 2-3.
(3)
Read the product water flowmeter.
(4)
Multiply the correction factor times the flow rate. This is the equivalent flow for 250C.
b. To correct actual flow at a given temperature to an equivalent rate at a desired temperature:
(1)
Measure actual feedwater temperature.
(2)
Look up corresponding correction factor for the actual temperature.
