High Pressure Pump
Check oil level on filler plug/dipstick. Add oil
as needed.

Change oil: Refer to LO 55-1905-223-12.

If the RO system is not going to be used for 2-3
prolonged shutdown)
weeks, it is essential to flush the system by
operating the RO unit for 5-10 minutes daily.

Micron Filter Element
Clean filter element:
a.
Shut down RO desalinator. Close appropriate
feedwater inlet gate valve for unit.
b.
Loosen hose clamp and remove air bleedoff
nonmetallic hose.
c.
Loosen upper clamp nut on lid.
d.
Remove lid, upper rim clenching clamp, and
preformed packing.
e.
Loosen filter element by sideward motions to
break seal and lift out of vessel.
f.
Clean filter element by directing a stream of
water on it.
g.
Place cleaned filter element into vessel with
end marked TOP in the up position.
h.
Position new preformed packing on vessel and
replace lid.
