REMOVAL
WARNING
Make sure electrical power is OFF to avoid personal injury.
a. Remove ventilating fan, vane section, and impeller (paragraph 3-17).
b. Tag and disconnect electrical wiring to motor jack box (20).
c.
Disconnect lubricating tubes from grease entries (4, 13).
d. Remove mounting bolts (19) from motor base.
e. Remove the motor (1) from the fan unit.
REPAIR
Repair consists of replacing motor bearings.
a. Disassemble motor as follows:
