DISASSEMBLY

1. Remove four hex head cap screws with lock washers securing pintle hook to the

trailer undercarriage. Remove pintle hook.

2. Remove four spring pins, two king pins, two flat washers and two thrust

washers securing the left and right-hand axle and king pin pivot assemblies to the

trailer undercarriage. Remove both left and right-hand axle and king pin pivot

assemblies.

Unscrew four tiedown rings from the front and rear of the trailer undercarriage.
